( as they rode along the highway, the city lights came flickering down upon them, fading in and out as they drove forth. her hand remained within his, the brush of his thumb leaving her filled with so many different emotions and feelings. it was difficult for her to truly focus on anything he was saying because her ears were filled with the sound of her heart beating loudly.

finally though she looked up at the rearview mirror and found herself blushing heavily at his words. she felt she had been going fast, wanting him and debating on whether or not she should make the first move. it seemed he had [even if that wasn't his intention] and she wasn't going to let this slip from her. so she reached out towards the car door with her free hand, finger pressing on the control button for the window. as it rolled down, her long pink hair began to float behind her, her hand moving towards her forehead as she pushed back her hair. she closed her eyes gently, taking in the breeze— particularly cleaner than usual tonight as she mulled over his words.

finally she spoke up. )

( as the wind blew past her, her blouse became a bit undone, exposing the curvature of her chest. she had been through an endless wave of emotions today but all that seemed to take hold of her now was an airy wave of seduction and confidence. he was hers and she didn't need to fight for him anymore.
